Qualifications

Do I have what it takes?

  • Valid Colorado drivers license
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • A desire to learn and become a licensed plumber and willingness to study for an exam
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes

Where This Role Can Take You

Trainees who demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic move to Apprentice. From there, the path to Service Technician, Senior Technician, and Lead Technician is clearly defined. We promote from within. The career ladder is real.
